Volunteer
We are always looking for motivating, hardworking, devoted, and responsible individuals who are passionate about film. You should be willing to take and give useful suggestions from others and from the festival directors. Please Note: Currently, all of the positions are volunteer only. However, this will be a great experience and opportunity to network with other filmmakers and artists in the New England area, free of charge! This is also a good opportunity to put your leadership abilities and your interest and passion in films to the test. Don't forget how fantastic it will look on your resume!

MANAGING DIRECTOR (1 OR 2)
We are looking for a well-organized, friendly, creative, outgoing, devoted person who has great organizational skills, filing, leadership and management skills. Good verbal and writing skills are a plus. Must be a team player and be self-sufficient. Should have great networking and social skills. Should have a strong enthusiasm and passion about films and/or filmmaking.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES:
- Operating and managing the business aspect of the festival. (Filing paper work, tax forms, other related material, funding and finance, and etc.)
-Coordinate with other directors and micromanage the coordinators.
- Organizing, managing, and filing paper work on creating festival as non-profit organization
-Working closely with the Festival Director, Sponsor Director, and Financial Manager extensively
- Working closely with the Festival Director on festival operations
-Attend weekly and bi-weekly meetings with staff; update or provide insight, suggestions, and information to other staff members and directors

LIASON COORDINATOR (2)![]()

RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES:
-Collaborating and promoting with Colleges, universities, schools, and other institution in regards of colleges involvement whether is sponsoring or submitting or informing of the festival
-Satisfying the students and filmmakers needs during and after the submission period and prior, during and after the show date and screenings.
-Working with Sponsor and PR Coordinators extensively in creating and maintaining a network with established and non established film companies, film makers, and artist
-Create, acquire, and maintain a network with colleges, offices, and institutions
-Attend weekly and bi-weekly meetings with staff; update or provide insight, suggestions, and information to other staff members and directors

SPONSOR COORDINATOR (2)![]()
We are looking for a well-organized, friendly, outgoing, devoted person who has great organizational skills, and leadership and management skills. Must be a team player and be self-sufficient. Also must be very socialiable and have great networking and social skills. Salesmanship or business experience is a plus but not required. Good verbal and writing skills are a plus. Should have a strong enthusiasm about films and/or filmmaking.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES:
-Acquire sponsors and funding from local companies and businesses to fund the festival
-Promote sponsoring or informing of the festival to companies and businesses
-Create, acquire, and maintain a network with companies, businesses, offices, and institutions
-Working with Liaison and PR Coordinators extensively in creating and maintaining a network with established and non established film companies, film makers, and artist
-Attend weekly and bi-weekly meetings with staff; update or provide insight, suggestions, and information to other staff members and directors

PROGRAM/ SUBMISSION COORDINATOR (1)![]()
We are looking for a well-organized, creative, friendly, outgoing, devoted person who has great organizational skills and management skills. Must be a team player and be self-sufficient. Writing skills and filing skills are a plus. Must know MS Excel. Should have a strong enthusiasm about films and/or filmmaking.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES:
-Managing, filing, cataloguing and organizing entry submissions
-organizing and developing program for the screenings
-Working directly with the Festival Director and Juror Coordinator in arranging format and program for the show

FINANCIAL MANANGER (1)![]()
We are looking for a well-organized, friendly, outgoing, devoted person who has great organizational and filing skills, as well as leadership and management skills. Must be a team player and be self-sufficient. Should have a strong enthusiasm about films and/or filmmaking. Financial management, bookkeeping skills, and some financial filing experience are preferred. Understanding of tax laws and non-profit organization regulation and rules are a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES:
-Aid the managing director financial and other business and tax practices
-Maintaining budget and categorizing, filing, and organize transactions, purchases, and payments related to the festival.
-Organizing, managing, and filing paper work on creating festival as non-profit organization
-Working closely with the Festival Director, Sponsor Coordinator, and Managing Director extensively
-Attend weekly and bi-weekly meetings with staff; update or provide insight, suggestions, and information to other staff members and directors

-Working closely with the Festival Director and Managing Director extensively
-Attend weekly and bi-weekly meetings with staff; update or provide insight, suggestions, and information to other staff members and directors
-Research, book, and provide venue and entertainment for the event
-Working with the Sponsor Coordinator in acquiring funding, donations, and sponsors for the closing party.

JUROR COORDINATOR (1)![]()
We are looking for a well-organized, friendly, outgoing, devoted person who has great organizational skills, as well as leadership and management skills. Must be a team player and be self-sufficient. Should have a strong enthusiasm about films and/or filmmaking.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES:
-Managing and organizing the jurors together for jurying films.
-Assist in acquiring jurors and guest jurors for the screening
-Working closely with the Festival Director, Managing Director, and Program/ Submission Coordinator extensively
